You can do this through Mydonate, the free online donation service run by BT. The NOA will receive 100% of your donation, less a card handling fee-1.3% for credit cards, a flat 15p for debit cards

To use this service simply click the button below and you will be taken to the NOA's dedicated page.

If you wish to add gift aid to your donation, you must do it through the BT mydonate service. The NOA cannot claim it directly.

By text from your mobile Thanks to JustTextGiving by Vodafone, you can now donate directly to the NOA simply by sending a FREE text message from your mobile phone.

Your donation is deducted from your calling credit if you are a pay-as-you-go customer, or added to your next bill if you are on a pay-monthly contract. You don’t have to be a Vodafone customer; users of all UK mobile networks can donate this way, provided you don’t have a premium rate text bar set up on your account.

This is a free service for charities. It has no set up or fundraising costs for charities, no network charges for people making donations, and every penny donated goes to charity. GiftAid can also be added to JustTextGiving donations.

You can make a donations of £1, £2, £3, £4, £5 and £10 by texting NOAA10 £n to 70070, where n is 1,2,3,4,5, or 10. So to donate £10, you'd text NOAA10 £10 to 70070, or to donate £1 you would text NOAA10 £1 to 70070. There is no direct facility for donating amounts between £5 and £10, but a donation of £8 can be made as separate donations of £5 and £3. The scheme has a donation limit of £30 per day from any one phone account.

The first time you donate by this route, you will be asked to fill in a straightforward online form if you wish to add Gift Aid. Once you have done this, then if you make any further donations from the same mobile number, you will simply be asked to reply YES to the acknowledgement text in order to add Gift Aid.
